I've been looking for a fresh and summery take on the cupcake to complement those adorable flower baking cups. Finally a few days ago I stumble upon this recipe (and blog) that I'm for sure gonna keep in my recipe files (and bookmark tab). The cake was fluffy and light with a hint of lime and the icing a match parfait of sweet and lemony harmony.
